Competition rules – Lokerse Feesten ticket giveaway 2025

This competition is organised by Billit NV, with its registered office at Oktrooiplein 1 bus 302, 9000 Ghent, Belgium, hereinafter referred to as 'the Organiser'.

1. Competition Entry Terms and Conditions

• The competition is only open to natural persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Belgium.
• Employees of Billit NV, as well as their family members or relatives, are excluded from entry.
• Each participant may only enter the competition once. If multiple entries from the same person are detected, that person will be automatically excluded from the competition.
• Enter by completing the entry form, which can be accessed via the link in the competition post on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
• By entering, participants automatically accept these rules.
• The competition will close at midnight on 24/07/2025 Any entries submitted after this time will not be considered valid.

2. Competition Process

• The competition is following Billits sponsorship the Lokerse Feesten 2025, offering one duo ticket to be won per festival day.
• Participants have a chance to win one duo ticket for a day of their choice, as indicated on the entry form.
• Winners will be selected based on a tiebreak question included in the entry form.
• The participant who gives the correct answer or comes closest to it will be selected as the winner.
• In the event of a tie, the first person to submit the correct or closest answer will be declared the winner.
• The answer to the tiebreak question and the corresponding correct solution are binding and cannot be contested.

3. Liability

• This competition is not managed, sponsored or supported by Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. These platforms cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or delays arising from this campaign.

4. Personal Data

• The following data will be collected for entry: first name, surname, address, email address and mobile phone number.
• Personal data will only be used in connection with this competition and will be deleted afterwards.
• Participants may opt to subscribe to the Billit NV newsletter. But this will only happen with explicit consent.

5. Notification and Award of Prizes

• Winners will be contacted personally by email  on 25/07/2025.

• The duo tickets will be delivered digitally via email in the week before the Lokerse Feesten.

6. Monitoring and Changes

• The Organiser reserves the right to monitor the proper conduct of the competition.
• In the event of force majeure, technical malfunctions or other circumstances that compromise the fair conduct of the competition, the Organiser may, at any time and without prior notice:
  • suspend, change, shorten, extend or cancel the competition or part of it,
  • amend or extend these rules, in which case the most recent version will be published on the Organiser’s website or social media channels.
• The Organiser cannot be held liable under any circumstances for decisions taken to ensure the proper conduct of the competition.
