In this menu, you get an overview of all imported financial transactions via your digital connections to your bank account(s).

If you don't have any bank accounts linked to Billit yet this menu will be empty. Please visit the tab 'Bank' in your company profile and add a bank account.

Linking a PayPal account
To make your PayPal transactions visible in Billit, you can easily link your account.

How it works

Go to My company → Bank.

Click Add and select PayPal.

Enter the email address of your PayPal account and choose the currency.

Click Add. Your PayPal account will now appear in the overview under My company → Bank.

Activate the digital bank connection

In the Digital column, click Activate to automatically sync your PayPal transactions.

You’ll be redirected to PayPal, where you log in to confirm the connection.

Important ⚠️

If you’ve linked both your regular bank account and your PayPal account, you may see duplicate transactions:

General PayPal transactions via your bank account.

Individual transactions directly from PayPal.

👉 To avoid confusion, we recommend manually marking the transactions from your regular bank account as Processed.
