I did not receive a verification email, what can I do?
Billit will send you a verification email in some cases when it's necessary to check your identity. The mails will be sent to the address set in your profile. If you haven't received the email, try the following:
Check if the email address in your profile is correct
Check your spam folder
Contact your mailserver host. It is possible their spam filter was set too strict and stops all emails from Billit. Ask your host to allow the "@billit.be" domain and set it as safe recipient
