 Billit offers various license models based on the number of documents processed monthly:

• Free License
  Send e-invoices via Peppol for free. Only sales invoices are supported. This license offers limited functionality and is ideal for users who only want to send digital invoices without additional administration.
• Starter License
  Designed for small businesses with limited administrative needs. This plan allows processing up to 25 documents per month, including incoming and outgoing documents, and includes all standard platform features.
• Premium
  Ideal for growing or medium-sized businesses. You can process between 26 and 500 documents per month, including incoming and outgoing documents, with full access to all standard platform features.
• Enterprise
  For companies handling a high volume of documents. This plan supports up to 1000 incoming and outgoing documents per month and includes all standard platform features.
• Volume
  A tailor-made solution for very large enterprises with intensive administrative workflows. From 1001 documents per month, a custom plan is created with pricing available upon request. Includes all standard features and support for both incoming and outgoing documents.

Important information for all licenses

• To activate your license, go to the ‘Settings’ > ‘License’ menu. First, select the desired license (e.g. Starter, Premium, or Enterprise). Then choose the preferred billing period: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
• Each license includes 1 user by default. Additional users can be added at €5 per user per month.
• Unlimited creation of quotes, purchase orders, and delivery notes is only included with paid licenses. These documents do not count toward your monthly document limit.
• The total number of documents you may process is calculated based on the full duration of your license. This means you can use more in one month and less in another, as long as you remain within your overall quota.
• If you exceed your license’s document limit, the additional usage will be invoiced at the end of your current license period. Charges are based on the creation or import date of the document and depend on your license type.
